FLEX RLT products may be eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). Here’s how it works.
What is FSA/HSA?
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) let you use pretax dollars for qualified medical expenses—including certain recovery tools. If a FLEX product supports a medical need, it may be eligible.
Are FLEX products eligible?
Yes—many FLEX RLT products qualify for FSA/HSA reimbursement when used to treat a medical condition and accompanied by a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from a licensed provider.
What’s a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)?
It’s a short form your doctor or healthcare provider fills out confirming your need for the product—due to injury, pain, recovery, or another medical condition.
How do I use my benefits?

Purchase your FLEX RLT product using a standard card.

Download and complete the LMN with your provider.

Submit the LMN and receipt to your FSA/HSA administrator for reimbursement.
