What is FSA/ HSA ?

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) let you use pretax dollars for qualified medical expenses—including certain recovery tools.

How do I pay with my FSA or HSA card? 

To use your FSA or HSA debit card, add products to your cart as usual. At checkout, select “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA” as your payment option, enter your HSA or FSA debit card, and complete your checkout as usual. If you don’t see “Flex | Pay with HSA/FSA,” you may be in Shop Pay. Select “checkout as guest” to view more payment options.

 

What’s a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN)?

A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a short form your doctor or healthcare provider fills out confirming your need for the product—due to injury, pain, recovery, or another medical condition. If you do not have a FSA / HSA credit card you may be eligible for reimbursement through the LMN process.

Purchase your FLEX RLT product using a standard card.

Download and complete the LMN with your provider.

Submit the LMN and receipt to your FSA/HSA administrator for reimbursement.
